We train in various martial arts in a family like atmosphere. The basis of our training is Kajukenbo, which consists of Tang Soo Do, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo and Chinese Boxing. We have also incorporated Shotokan, Wado Ryu, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Chi Kung. |

Our evening classes are held at Manana Community Park, which is Mauka from the Pearl City Police Station at 1310 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. On Monday evenings the classes run from 5:30pm to 7:00 pm. Then on Wednesday evenings, the class runs from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Our Saturday afternoon class is held at St. Timothy's Episcopal Chruch at 98-939 Moanaloa Road, Aiea from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. First class is free. No need to call, just come, wear something to work out in and leave your ego at home. |
